DIGITAL READY: the first digital certification dedicated to Italian textile machinery sector

During the ACIMIT press conference, held on the 15th of March in Stresa, we had the opportunity to hear the story of two of the first associate companies that obtained the DIGITAL READY certification.
- MARZOLI MACHINES TEXTILE S.R.L, a company located in Brescia district and specialized in digitalized spinning solutions, and
- SALVADE’ S.R.L, based in Como area which supplies high-tech solutions for textile printing and finishing.
These two companies, who spoke during the event, represent an exemplary case for how Italian mechanical-textile can contribute to the digitization of the entire textile supply chain
What is DIGITAL READY?
Digital Ready is the very first digital certification specifically made for the Italian textile machinery sector, a single language that has infinite advantages.
ACIMIT has, indeed, embarked on a path in the area of digital transformation that has led to a dedicated certification to facilitate and build the loyalty of its member companies’ customers in the management of machine data, offering Italian textile technology a new competitive lever in the international market.
DIGITAL READY certifies the correct implementation of the conceptual data model that ACIMIT has developed in collaboration with the Manufacturing Group of Politecnico di Milano.
