COMOLI

COMOLI company was founded in 1927 as a mechanical workshop, producing mechanical parts for different fields.
After WW II, COMOLI started to focus on textile machinery production: the biggest producer of artificial fibres in Italy, Snia Viscosa, used COMOLI re-winding and coning machines in their factories. From 60’s to 70’s COMOLI approached the worldwide textile machinery market, establishing a strong collaboration with important European manufactures of textile machinery. All these efforts contributed to establish a stable and well reputed position of COMOLI on the production of specialised take up winders for synthetic filaments.
From the year 2000 COMOLI is producing and selling complete draw-winding machines for LDI and HDI technical filaments and hosiery yarns.
Since the last 15 years COMOLI is a leader company in spandex manufacturing plant construction. COMOLI factory is located 60 km north of Milan, its headquarters and production facilities are stretching on a total area of 10,000 m2, where take place production, assembling, warehouse, sales, administration offices as well project and R&D technical centre. COMOLI winders are used for any kind of man-made filaments as polyamide, polyester, polypropylene, spandex/elastane and acetate.
