With a view to contributing to the sustainability of the production of printed, coated and dyed fabrics, FIMAT SRL, founded in 1986, offers a series of consolidated solutions that contribute to the optimization of consumption, the traceability of quality and the reduction of waste.
With its recognized and proven specialist experience at national and international level, FIMAT has established itself both in the sector of precision colour dosing and in the production of accessory machines for the printing, textile finishing and coating sectors.
In the specialized field of colour kitchens, it has implemented a new construction concept that has allowed the system to be created with the typical construction criteria of a machine, bringing significant advantages in terms of speed of installation and start-up, without obviously neglecting precision, repeatability, speed of execution, simplicity of use and easy maintenance.
In parallel and always with the “skid” concept, an automatic system for the preparation of thickeners and/or neutral bases has been added to the colour kitchen, able to perform recipes starting from both liquid and powder products. All this, together with compliance with Industry 4.0 requirements, contributes significantly to the generation of added value, due to the optimization of the quality of textile products, and to the reduction of consumption and waste of raw materials.
FIMAT also produces a wide range of accessory machines for colour kitchens: colour dissolvers/mixers, washing machines for all types of drums for coloured paste, for rotary screens, flat-bed screens and printing squeegees, all with low water consumption, as well as a complete line of equipment for the photoengraving of flat-bed and rotary printing screens.
